I got as far as the drilling out the holes last night (Thanks again Squeeze) but balked at the idea of JB weld as the filler. The material of the wheel is more like rubber (if I had to guess I'd say it is rubber not plastic) and I don't feel comfortable with something as solid as JB as opposed to something more pliable.
My concern is the difference between the two areas (solid vrs flexible) sooner or later cracking again.
I'm leaning towards 3M 8101 structural adhesive at the moment but I'm curious if anyone has any other pros or cons for the repair.
