Yup, unless the drums are brand new, have them turned. Especially if there is a wear ridge (drums slightly worn). Turning the drums basically means you refinish the braking surface (i.e. machine the inside surface flat and insure roundness). Do not take them to an Autozone or other parts type store to have them turned. Have the drums turned at a reputable brake repair shop.
