wow! this is really interesting guys. safety is always my first concern. the reason i asked the question was having already consulted a couple local blacksmiths their general response was "can do" but their schedules won't allow the work to be performed until ????. after reading the article on the hamb i figured mmm! building a jig would be no problem at all so lets ask the "STOVEBOLT" guys to see what they thought i would get some very diverse opinions and i did. so has anyone here dropped a AD axle with positive results? thanks
