THe driver side upper hinge pin was half way out of the hinge and i had to take the cowl panel off and cut the pin to get the hinge out. The passenger side upper pin was broke in three pieces.. Mine were pretty bad.. All i did was heat em up red hot and knocked the pins out. Then i sandblasted, drilled them out, painted and reassembled them.. Prolly around 30 minutes of work to each one.. I spent 20 bucks for all 4 hinges.. I am very pleased how it came out and there is no play at all in the hinges. I would do it again over buying new hinges.. theres my 2 cents worth..
