Hot or cold, idle or cruise speed? It sounds OK, as long as it doesn't drop noticeably at hot idle. The pressure will also vary a little with the type of oil you're running. Multi-weights such as 5W-30 or 10W-30 will run slightly lower pressure than straight-weight oils such as 20 or 30 weight. They stay at the physical thickness of their low-viscosity rating all the time, even though they lubricate like the higher specification when hot.
