Is there a trick to removing the u-joints from the fixed part of the axle? I took out the retaining clips but those suckers are in there pretty tight and I don't want to bring out the big hammer if I don't have to.
Do you just hammer on them from one end and push it out the other? Or do you somehow work from the inside out? Is there a tool for pressing these out?
