atomarc 'Bolter A Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 5,708 Eureka, CA	What is this friction thing in ATF that is so horrid in an engine. I thought the operating temps, complexity and super tight running clearances in a modern computer controlled transmission made a engine environment a cake walk for ATF...and don't forget all those WC T-5 trannies.
