| | | | Joined: Sep 2008 Posts: 130 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2008 Posts: 130 | Many mounths ago I posted that I had put a T5 behind my 292 in my 53 1/2T. I was wrong. It is a T50. Yes I had to cut a hole in front/under the seat but I bolted a Hurst bench shifter to it. The tran came out of a Sunfire and bolts up like a saganaw. I was looking for a S10 T5 82-88 but they don't look like they bolt up. Do you have to get an adapter for the bell housing? T5 and T50 are differant from what I can see. Steve | | |
