Looks like a good find. I have a 46 Burb as well in about the same condition.
I was lucky enough to find one with all the basic parts intact.
Some of the wood on the passenger side had to be rebuilt and I had filet the lower tailgate in order to rebuild the wood inside it. It is now welded back together.
Next I will tackle the lift gate which has a bullet hole that needs to be repaired.
How is the condition of your fuel tank? Mine had to be sealed with sloshing compound.
