Yes, the distrubutor is turning.
The engine sounds like it want to start, just no spark.
It is funny you responsed,as I searched the forum and found some good advice from you, which I will be following.
You spoke about timing, lining up the #1 on compression and the #6 on exhaust.
I somewhat quoted you on the 1947-present chevy forum.
Now with that advice do I remove ALL spark plugs to find TDC?
