Yes, that is the problem. I worked on other rust issues today and hoped for a response. The problem is, I think, 65 year old rubber exterior frame rubber that is not at all pliable to allow the extra inch or so I need to get on those frame screws. That needs to be replaced so
next chance I get I'll razor off that old seal and Bob's your uncle, as they say. How extensive was your restoration? I will look for your truck in the gallery.
