i have a 36 low cab, original 1.5 ton. I want a everyday driver, freeway cruiser. Looking at several sources for IFS. Between the different vendors they have hub to hub width between 56 and 60 inches. I know my fenders are wider? Not sure how much, What width fits nice, What is everybody that has IFS running for width? What is installed right now is a drop solid axle with 59.5 width. By the eyeball it looks like a lot more room between the wheel and frame than toward the outside. I would like to run some current wheels and tires I have that are about 10 inches wide. That may be much for the front but want to come up with as much room as possible. Any input? | | | |
