I Went 91 miles the other day in my old truck pulling a 16' trailer loaded. Got about 13mpg with the 261 six that's in it.
Without the trailer and empty the truck last averaged about 16.
Can't complain too much about that. But if there is a trick to get more mileage, I'll take it.
