Depends on what type sound you're looking for. If you're looking for a loud "rap" on acceleration, and "popping" on deceleration then classic glasspacks would be the way to go. If you're looking for a deep tone, sorta "v8-ish" then I'd say go with a two or three chamber flowmaster. I have one on my 66 shortbed stepside with a 292 straight six.
Everybody thinks it's a v8.
If you go Flowmaster then go with the single in/dual out muffler. Probably want the dual 2 inch outlets. It's an easy fit into your stock exhaust.
