I am hoping, by next year, I will get a 1955 Chevy 6400 truck from my grandfather, buy a 1994-1997 Dodge one ton donor truck and install a cummins diesel engine from that truck and need to know if I should leave this to the pro's. Do you need any kind of permit or licensing to do something like this? If not, how would I go about doing this conversion? Anything is help!
