I have the engine out of my 53 3100 trying to get it all cleaned up and ready to paint. I can not get the vent tube out,I saw 2 srews in front of the tube and behind the fuel pump.When I took the top screw out I thought I heard something fall to the oil pan,so guess I have to pull the oil pan and fish out what ever fell. What was it? Do I just need to use more force to get the vent tube out? THANKS
