Looks like these guys list a v6 in thier drop-down box under GMC 4 and 6 cylinder exhaust systems:

http://kepichexhaust.com and didn't see anything.
Best bet would be a good muffler shop and if you have original exhaust, have them replicate it.
My son's 66 pickup actually has original exhaust system (as best as I can tell) if you want to see how it is routed I'll ask him to crawl under it and take some pictures. It isn't very complicated. Passenger side exhaust pipe crosses over to driver side and goes to the rear along the frame rail. His exits on driver side at the rear quarter. Was just crawling under it yesterday putting new bumpers on it and would have snapped some pictures had I known...
Edit: Exhaust should be pretty much the same if suburban has same wheelbase.
