The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Engine Shop Clifford 6=8 anyone use this setup?

if you are going to drive one of these trucks, and you are worried about fuel economy, you will be disappointed they don't get very good mileage. Not to mention, they don't really make a lot of power, but they are sure cool. I do have to qualify this statement by saying I don't consider 25 MPG very good mileage, I am pretty upset my Yaris only gets 35 MPG. And someone is nearly assuredly going to disagree with the statement of not much power, but with the amount of money I have put in my engine to hopefully get 150 HP, I could probably get 500 HP out of a 350 chevy. But it is all a matter of what YOU want. Besides a crate motor is blasphemy to me in one of these trucks, but there again that is MY opinion.
