.070"??? Are you sure? My sparkplugs aren't gapped at .070". Now .007" is a different story.
Since you can turn that crank a maximum of .030" under and its already .010",
.030"-.010" is .020" meat left on journals.
So .020"-.007" is .013" extra, so you're OK if runout/wear is .007"
If you actually have .070" runout, you've got a 80 lb boat anchor.
