Hy cavebull, I would suggest grade 8 Stover lock nuts. Drilling a grade 8 bolt through its rolled threads can be tricky, I have snapped a few drill bits trying this procedure, the metal is not consistant, it has had stresses introduced into it in the thread rolling procedure, I hope that helps.
