I installed a C4 front end on my streetrod. Mine is an orginial salvaged Corvette type. You can find them for around $500.00, which is what I paid. The link you posted is a modified C4 type (the mono leaf transverse spring is removed). This is a good idea as the orginial setup is just about impossible the change either the ride height or spring rate. Also, very few people know much about changing things around on the orginial other than a racing setup. IMHO, the 'vette frontend is the best setup for a heavy frontend like a truck as the Mustang is for a ligher vehicle unless it's beefed up. Have helped install a C4 rearend in a buddy's '48 1/2 ton International. Not on the road yet, but man, it looks great. Edit...How does it ride? Very crisp steering. It goes where you point it, so you have to keep on top of it as you would for a sports car.
