| | | | Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 143 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 143 | Achipmunk, thanks for the info. I went thru the shop manual info but can't seem to find the problem. With the door panel off I can lock the door from the inside. I then open the door from the outside and can see the lock mechanism toggle forward and push the door lock remote bar out of it's locked position. I've tried adjusting and repositioning but get he same result. I checked for the same type of action on the drivers side. The drivers side lock mechanism does not toggle forward far enough to cause this problem on the drivers side when opened from the outside. Drivers door locks great. Tomorrow I will try to get a pic.
