Thanks Pre '68 Dave and LONGBOX55. So I have an opportunity to buy a 235 out of that '57 I described in my last post. We could not get it to start and run because the coil was shot, but it did turn over freely. The guy is asking $500 for the engine ( it's complete ) and four speed manual trans. I personally feel that's a little pricey for an engine I did not see run. What do you guys think?
