Rage Gold is pretty much the collision industry standard. I've used the regular Rage for years, it's a fine product. But there is a difference in Rage and Rage Gold, Gold is just a better product, it's smoother, sands easier and clogs the paper less.

Now Evercoat also makes Rage Xtreme which higher in price then the Gold. I don't like it the viscosity is to thin for my liking. Basically the idea behind the Xtreme was to make a 1 step filler. Typically, you do your filler work say Rage then you finish it off with a poly glaze product like metal glaze because it's thinner and spreads easier.
I know guys who use nothing but Xtreme now because they don't need to do that finishing step with a poly glaze product.

I still say try the Marson. I used NOTHING but Rage Gold for years then the shops supplier brought in some Platinum Plus to try out. All 4 body techs switched to Marson. I've talked about Marson on a few other sites I visit and converted several Rage Gold guys. It's better then the Rage Gold and at a cheaper price...Eric
