235 engines are an old breed. Be sure you take it to a reputable shop to do the work on it. Also, you might want to get them to tear it down first and check it over before you spend any money on it to be sure it's worth rebuilding. Also, it's rather rare to find a shop that has done work on these engines anymore, and it's really easy to have somebody screw it up.
Also depending on how much you want to spend, you can purchase re&re heads from JJinlines as well on the west coast. Might want to also check inliners.org for some more info.
