Figure its time for a reintroduction of myself and my truck. I was on here about 2 and a half years ago when I fist brought her home. Since then it has sat in the barn collecting dust but now its time to get to work.
So, my name is Josh, I'm 24 and from Omaha Nebraska. I have a 1949 Chevy 3600 that I "rescued" from a field. Its in pretty rough condition but nothing I don't think I can handle. My full time job is an aircraft mechanic so I am experienced in sheet metal, electrical, and engine work. The only problems I am having so far is finding certain parts, like a seat for instance, and trying to figure out what the heck kind of engine is in it so I can order the right parts to rebuild it. I look forward to being able to tap into the vast knowledge here, and who knows maybe I will have some answers for someone too.
