Stu, you'rs is a '58-'62 235 Passenger car with manual transmission engine, built at Flint on November 3rd. There should be a casting date near the sarter that will get you the year.
BTW, the "II" is supposed to be "11". I don't know whay they used I instead of 1, but I've seen it on several engines, including my own.
