1) The parking brake cable. I'm assuming this the bar that extends from beneath the floorpan to the rear crossbar? If you have both pieces and you can remove them, see if a weld shop can safely weld it together or fab a new one for ya. Sorry no replacements for that available unless you find it off another truck.

2) Cylinders. You should check for leaks around the wheel cylinders and master. You just put in new lines, and you might as well put in fresh parts for trustworthy brakes.
