Thank you every one for the picyures, I originally thought the cylinder might have been somewhat like today's cable tire crank style. I believe I will try to use todays spare tire cable crank and utilize this cylinder tube as the fixture. Some things I'm not bringing back to original. I would like your opinion if you think I am on a good path?
