As far as I'm concerned, Hurst has been doing it the longest. I think Hurst is part of Mr. Gasket now, and I will wager that Mr. Gasket is probably owned by the Yuk Fu Corp. This means that your new shifter will have metric fasteners and will come with unintelligible installation instructions. Good luck.
