No the gears were not fine.
They were stuck like in concrete, and I just took it all apart to clean it.
Still the gears move very bad ( hard to turn ) so I have already bought that gear from EBAY since I have to have it for registration check within 14 days.
I will of course try to fix the original one, and the hose, and change the diaphragm. Cause I really want it to be original as possible.
