I kinda depend on that odometer as a double check on the fuel gauge. Guess it's a throw back to my flying days when I didn't trust the fuel gauge but rather used the hours flown or what I still do on the motor cycle, hit the gas pump when I'm at 150 miles or else I'll be pushing it to the pump.
