On my 51, I have replaced all brake lines, wheel cylinders, etc. I have upgraded to a dual master cylinder and have just now got rid of all the leaks in the entire system. Now when I press the pedal, the front brake shoes move outward first, then a little while later (moving the pedal down more), only one of the rear shoes moves a little. I am not sure why this is happening because I have already bled the system. It almost appears that all the pushrods on the wheel cylinders are sunk in:

Could I have pushed them in too hard and damaged them or something? Or are they locked up somehow? Any ideas on what is happening?
