Hy Camsore, that hole is definately worn a bit, but there is no bushing in that hole normally. You could weld up the obviously worn part and redrill the hole, don't make the hole too small for the shaft or the linkage might bind. I put a flat washer on both sides of the arm, and then a cotter pin to retain it, hope that helps.
