| | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 1,048 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 1,048 | A while back I posted a embarrassing event when I washed my ’41 with the cowl vent open and fried my new radio mounted under the dash. Looking up behind the dash I can see nothing to prevent rain water from entering the vent and soaking everything behind the dash.
Was there some kind of baffle or ducting attached to the vent?? I cannot see where anything was attached to any part of the vent opening.
