If you're looking for cheap and easy, you can use the spindles from that van. Just swap out the balljoints to the later type. The knuckles are the same as the 1/2 ton pickup (I'm assuming the van is a 5 lug G10/20). I'm not sure if you could do the crossmember swap using the van crossmember, but it might work, too, so that you can get power steering.
