| | THANKS!
For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: May 2009 Posts: 57 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: May 2009 Posts: 57 | Hi, I have a 66 c20 which has become almost a daily driver. The ball joints are original and completely shot, so I have saved up and purchased new upper and lower ball joints and am getting ready to swap them in. I am thinking while I am i there I should also replace tie rod ends? Correct? Is there anything else that would be "mandatory" while I am in there? If so, please inform cause I only want to do this once. I am not building a show truck or looking for perfection, just a safe clean truck that drives in a straight line. Thanks much in advance! | | |
