I've done it and it was simple.It's NOT just bolt on...you have to modify it a bit.I'm using a stock axel upfront with 5 on 4.75 disc drakes.They do make a 6 lug kit as well, but since i'm going with an open driveline set up i chose the 5 on 4.75 kit.The kit comes with a "spacer" that slides into the spindle so that the inner bearing rides on, no mods there.The only mods were to the bracket that bolts to the spindle, as when you turn far left or right the bracket hits the kingpin lock.....so that needed some work. Also the instruction said to drill out the lower mounting holes of the spindle and tie rod controll....i didn't do this as there is no need.I replaced the existing bolt with a Grade 8.As far as price goes it cost me about $700 with a power booster that goes under the cab.Don't worry ill_52 it's not that bad to do.....good luck
