I have noticed a pipe about the size of a straw coming from the rear of the intake manifold closest to the firewall. The pipe is open at the end. I searched this site and came to the conclusion it is from the vacuum line for the wipers (which have been coverted to electric). When I plug the top of the hollow tube with my finger the engine runs smoother. Am I correct about this being a vacuum line? Should it be capped some how? What should I do with it? | | |
