hello gents
so i picked up a 230 with a powerglide on the cheap but while trying to get it to fit i have noticed that the original 38 truck steering box no longer fits as its right where the engine mount is.
trying to find out if any one has had the same issue and if so how did you overcome it?
i have a 37 sedan steering box that i played around with and this is what it looks like
37 box fitment but this would make the original drag link to short and would make it point down not sure if this would create bump steer.
any comments would be appreciated
