ha ha, yeah, it is far enough back there that i don't have much for depth perception, i found myself stopping often and going back to see how close i was. the bonus is that the bus has a back door with windows, so once i got the truck in my sights, it was not bad to tweak it in straight to it.
it's 27ft from the back of the drivers seat to the back door, and my trailer has a 22 ft deck on it.
it's got the 8.2 gm diesel non turbo and auto, pretty wimpy, but i didn't notice any difference with a full trailer or none, pulled it just fine.
i have thought about finding a 72 or older c60ish to set on the bus chassis and shortening it up at least a couple feet.
