jrbusch Wrench Fetcher J Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 38 Minnesota	Hose generally refers to rubber. A line is steel. Steel lines are generally made by hand at home or in a shop. The black flexible hoses that we call rubber are purchased from a supplier.
