Would the horn still be able to sound if there is a bad starter? I am really perplexed here because it was turning with the new Pertronix points and coil, then on the 3rd try there was nothing.
Here is what I have that is 12V: Battery, generator, starter, coil. am I missing anything to have a full 12V system? I ask because I am wondering if the system was never fully converted before and I need to make the full conversion.
