I am redoing the brakes on the 61 Found On Road Dead truck I have. I have upgraded to really big 15" disk brakes and big dual piston calipers. The calipers have 1/4" line going to them, or they did when they ere in other trucks, so I will do the same.
I have a GM disk disk valve but am questioning if it will handle the flow, as one line going to it is 3/16, I have not checked, but lets assume I can change the tube nut for 1/4".
Should I use a stock valve, or will an adjustable one be better?
I will haul heavy loads and trailers with the truck, will the adjustable valve be a benefit?
Who makes the best adjustable valve, and who has the best price on it? I know Willwood sells one, who else?
Thanks,
Grigg
