Good advice from post's above, the pin's are generally froze in the axle a few goog whacks on the end of the axle eys should loosen the rust. Don't beat on the pins, they will swell, homemade punch and punch holders are dangerous, if they wont move after soaking for a week with a few sharp wacks get them pressed please. Machine shop bill will be considerable cheaper than your insurance deductible at the ER.
