here's one, a tug fabbed by the
Coleman company that pulls/pushes the Mars water bombers in and out of the water here in BC, can be driven facing either way .... Coleman made a lot of airport, military, heavy construction and logging equipment and that "dual cab" was likely from them - note the handholds that indicate it was a good climb above the ground
