Here are 1958 and 1959 engine serial number decodings:

F325JC703 does not contain year information.
F = Flint, MI
3 = March
5 = 25th
JC = 4000 series and 3100/3200/3600/3800 series with Heavy Duty clutch (RPO-227)
Look at the indices in those books for RPO numbers and features.

The 703 is where a sequence number should be, but those numbers usually had a minimum of 4 digits, starting at 1001.
