The four speed you kept in the truck was the original tranny? Or that's what was in it when you got it?
I think I've pretty well decided on a 250 mated to a later 5-speed... but I can always change my mind.
Is the S-10 rear end you have the same width as the original axle?
What wheels did you go with? I'd like to find wheels that appear to be stock. But I don't think stock wheels will work with the disc brake conversion kit... if I understand correctly.
