| | | | Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 502 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 502 | You didn't say how thick the spacer was to be, but over the years when it was needed I never had any problems using a spacer behind the wheel.
It is only my opinion, but if I could get a 1 piece wheel I'd use it rather than the split rim .....that's if you don't mind loosing the original look of the split rim.
