| | | | Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 2,393 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 2,393 | I had the same problem. Good or bad, I removed the metal sleeve using only the rubber grommet over the shift arm. Probably wear out sooner, but works fine.
